Mid-Cities

The “Mid-Cities” area of DFW refers to the cities located midway between Fort Worth and Dallas; consisting primarily of Hurst, Euless and Bedford (referred to as “H-E-B”). It is commonly expanded to include Haltom City, Richland and North Richland Hills, Colleyville and Watauga, which spill over into Birdville and Grapevine-Colleyville ISD. HEB School district is well rated and homes are plentiful and affordable, starting in the low to mid $100’s.  Every labor day, Bedford holds a blues festival featuring local artists including Buddy Whittington, a Bedford native and world renowned blues guitarist.
